This year Wigwam Forest school are delighted to offer Bush Craft and Earth Art from Churcher's College Junior school and the Iron Hill estate, where children will be supported by highly qualified and experienced Bush Craft and Forest School instructors to learn thrilling new skills in tool use, willow craft, shelter building and open fire cooking.
Available for children aged five to eleven years on the 15th, 16th and 18th July and the 22nd and 25th July, 9:30 AM - 3:00 PM.
Limited availability, £42 per day (10% discount for siblings).
Subject to a minimum number of children attending. In the event that this number isn't reached, the course may have to be cancelled.

Registration, bookings and payment
In accordance with our terms and conditions all parents/guardians must complete, sign and return our registration form at least two weeks in advance of the start of camp. We cannot accept children without a completed registration form. All Churcher's College bookings and registration can be made online using a HirePayment account;

Drop off and pick up
Please arrive promptly at 9:30am and sign your child in with the camp leader. We suggest allowing fifteen minutes on the first day of camp to settle your child. You will need to let the camp leader know if you have made an arrangement for someone else to collect your child and ensure the person collecting can provide us with your security password (written on your registration form) when they arrive for pick up at 3pm.

Unable to attend
If for some reason your child/children are unable to attend their booked session please phone wigwam forest school on 07748 882321 or 07870 564477 as soon as practicably possible and before 9:30am. Please do not send your child to camp if they are ill as this can spread infection to other children and staff. Wigwam forest school will try to offer an alternative session during the same holiday season, subject to availability. Where this is not possible, we will issue a credit note for the number of days they have missed, to be booked during another season, please note this may be in an alternative location.
Lost property
If your child misplaces any personal items please contact the camp directly and arrange to collect them whilst the camp is open. On the last day of the season any unclaimed lost property will be taken to a local charity shop.
Groupings
Each day your child will be placed in a group with children of a similar age or ability. The group they join can vary from day to day depending on the numbers of children attending and group dynamics. Rest assured children will be supported throughout their time with us.
Friend requests
Throughout the day all groups will meet together for different activities and during snack and lunch times. However, if your child would like to be grouped with a particular friend or sibling we must be informed of this at the time of booking and we wherever possible we will meet this request.

- a refillable drink bottle a packed lunch and snacks for the morning packed in a suitable container with cool packs. wigwam forest school do not have fridges onsite. please also note our no nut policy.
- sun screen and sun hat (wooly hat and gloves in the autumn months). please ensure sun screen is applied before arrival at camp. staff will remind children to re-apply screen throughout the day. in the absence of the child’s own sun screen being provided, staff have a small supply of hypo allergenic spf50 sun screen for children to apply.
- to prevent the possibility of receiving insect, tick bites and/or scratches and stings children should wear breathable long-sleeved tops, long legged trousers (not shorts, skirts) and enclosed toe and heeled shoes/trainers/boots. please note that open toe sandals and crocs are not suitable footwear for wigwam camps. waterproof jackets and trousers are essential all year-round kit, we will venture outdoors no matter the weather. - please provide a complete set of spare clothing if children are not dressed appropriately or prepared for the weather conditions we reserve the right to refuse entry to camp or send children home. subject to availability wigwam forest school may offer an alternative date for the child/children to attend during the same holiday period or a credit note for a future holiday camp. however, no monetary refunds will be offered
